Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

"We only accept returns for items that arrive defective or damaged. Custom print-on-demand items cannot be returned due to buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind. Please report any defects within 30 days of delivery by contacting us at earthandworldpeace@gmail.com with photos of the issue."

To start a return, you can contact us at earthandworldpeace@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS] 

"If your return is accepted due to a manufacturing defect, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund. Please include clear photos of the defect when you contact us."

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Please refer to our size charts before ordering. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues. However, if an item is significantly different from our published measurements, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

All of our items are custom, made-to-order.  We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse.  Defect items are the only exception

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. For non-defective items, all sales are final.

Refunds

If your return is approved due to a manufacturing defect or damage, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or sent a replacement item. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
