Wolves in many countries are endangered. I get posts every day about the wolves in the Yellowstone ecosystem, usually about another member of a pack being shot. Ranchers hunt them down as they kill their cattle. This is a tough situation as Wolves are Essential for the overall health of the Yellowstone Ecosystem.

When the Grey Wolf was reintroduced to the Yellowstone Ecosystem in 1995, no one would have guessed that the Ecosystem would be restored to the degree that it has: the majority of what changed attributed to the wolf's comeback. Much still has scientist scratching their heads, and understanding what is going on may take decades.

And the ice skating frog?  Well Frogs around the world are dying due to the Chytrid Fungus. This is curable. There is a vaccine. This costs money and volunteers are needed. Since this is happening everywhere, you can see if there are frogs in your area that need help. What can you do? Donate, Sign Petitions, and Volunteer, especially if frog populations are suffering from this Fungus in your area, will help.
