London Underground Earls Court Tunnel Photo

Photos of the beautifully designed London Underground.  The first 'tube' (subway) stations in the world.  One reason I fell in love with the Tube is the curves.  It feels cozy and warm despite millions travesing it's walkways. Everything about the Building of the first Subway system was design fitting function, but more.  It's inviting.  I probably should mention the posters.  Posters everywhere: again built into the design.  The Logo, award winning.  The Tube map became the model for all Subway systems.  Quite a remarable feat.
